Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at RSI Security. This role focuses on the integration, optimization, and automation of internal tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of APIs, automation platforms like Zapier, and the ability to streamline processes across diverse tools and platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage integrations between internal tools and third-party platforms using APIs, Zapier, and other integration tools.
  • Analyze current systems and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems through effective error handling and monitoring.
  • Manage internal tool onboarding, implementation, and ongoing maintenance and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in system integration and automation.
  • Document processes, workflows, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing and training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in systems integration and process automation.
  • Strong expertise in APIs, Webhooks, and integration tools such as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for advanced automation.
  • Familiarity with database management and SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with workflow optimization and business process modeling.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and CRM platforms.
