Position Summary:
The Cybersecurity Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand the client base for RSI Security. This role combines sales management, marketing strategy, and leadership skills to ensure alignment between the company’s sales goals and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will lead a team, develop client acquisition strategies, and optimize marketing campaigns to increase revenue and market share.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive expansion.
    • Manage and coach the sales team, providing training, performance management, and motivation to meet sales targets.
  • Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
    • Design and oversee marketing campaigns that align with sales goals and build the RSI Security brand.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, digital marketing strategies, and targeted outreach efforts.
    • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
    • Engage in consultative sales processes to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Sales and Marketing Process Compliance
    • Working closely with marketing and sales team members to ensure processes reflect best practices and efficient practices
    • Ensuring sales and marketing team members are trained and following established processes.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the cybersecurity industry.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and marketing metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand Development and Management:
    • Oversee branding initiatives to enhance the visibility and reputation of RSI Security in the cybersecurity sector.
    • Manage partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals and market positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • 3 years or more experience with leading accountability using Sales management frameworks such as MEDDICC, Sandler, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in developing effective sales strategies and leading teams to achieve them
  • Strong experience with sales operations and training development 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performance sales and marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
