Position Summary:

We are seeking an entry- to mid-level PMO Manager to join our team. The PMO Manager will play a key role in overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) at RSI Security, ensuring that project management practices are standardized, efficient, and aligned with our company’s strategic objectives. This role involves managing a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, and ensuring successful project delivery across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • LMA (Leadership + Management = Accountability) of PM team
  • PMO Standards and Processes (including the development, documentation, and continuous improvement) in addition to being responsible for ensuring they are adhered to and regularly reviewed for effectiveness
  • Resource Allocation including the regular review and optimization of resource allocation to ensure efficiency across projects
  • PMO Budget responsible for managing, tracking, and reporting on the budget to senior management
  • Risk Management including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks, as well as adhering to a risk management framework
  • Renewal Process Management
  • Stakeholder Communication responsible for maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring they are kept informed of project status, risks, and changes
  • Performance Metrics responsible for defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance metrics for the PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, with at least 1-2 years in a PMO or project leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project, JIRA).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Must be able to work company hours, leadership experience of a team of 3 or more, and at least one Project Management certification
  • Additional relevant project management certifications including the PMP, CAPM, or Project+ are desired.
