About the Role

RSI Security is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team in driving website growth, lead generation, and digital engagement. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our digital marketing ecosystem including SEO, paid advertising, email campaigns, marketing automation, and website performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven marketer who enjoys improving systems, experimenting with growth strategies, and delivering measurable marketing results.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize the company website and blog
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase search visibility and organic traffic
  • Understand and implement updates to SEO based on Google Analytics and web traffic comparison reviews 
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
  • Conduct keyword research and performance analysis
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to support overarching Marketing initiatives 
  • Monitor ads and email performance and engagement metrics 
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows and automations
  • Maintain CRM marketing data and campaign reporting
  • Improve conversion performance and user experience across ads and general website users 
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Conduct market research to support marketing strategy - not just ChatGPT or Gemini


What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience with SEO and website optimization
  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platforms
  • Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce preferred
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
