Position Summary:
The Operations Manager at RSI Security is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, project management, and process improvement, HR, with experience in managing cross-functional teams. Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager will ensure operational excellence and support the achievement of company goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives by developing, implementing, and monitoring operational processes to enhance efficiency.
  2. HR and Finance Support: Help oversee and support HR and finance processes and workflows
  3. Project Management: Oversee the client journey from sales to delivery of services, collaborating with teams to address roadblocks and help facilitate and resolve client escalations 
  4. Vendor Management: Oversee the vetting, onboarding, and ongoing management of company vendors
  5. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline workflows. Leverage technology to automate repetitive tasks and integrate tools for better team collaborations.
  6. Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for operational escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all federal, state, and local tax compliance requirements are being met and maintained as well as insurance coverage both internally and for RSI’s clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management in B2B, preferably within cybersecurity or a similar industry.
  • Knowledge and experience with EOS framework required
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or similar is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and process optimization
  • Excellent project management skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Mavenlink).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
