Our team is growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Client Experience team.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a cybersecurity, IT, or consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
A proactive mindset—able to work independently and anticipate project needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have, but not required:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks or compliance programs.
