Position Summary:
RSI Security is a leader in cybersecurity services, committed to providing secure and innovative solutions to our clients. We believe in fostering a culture of compliance and security to protect our clients' data and maintain their trust.

Currently, RSI is looking to fill the position of a Marketing Technology Specialist who will play a vital role as the subject matter expert on utilizing marketing technologies to improve RSI’s marketing efforts including search engine optimization, customer segmentation, and social media.  This individual will be responsible for aligning digital marketing strategies with the company’s business goals, implementing marketing automation tools, optimizing SEO, ensuring website privacy compliance, and providing data and reports to the leadership team to make informed business decisions. This role requires effective coordination with internal team members as well as outside vendors to align marketing efforts across the organization.    

Qualifications: 

  • Web development skills with HTML, SQL, CSS, JavaScript
  • Extensive experience with developing WordPress websites and blogs
  • Strong email sequencing and campaign experience
  • Hubspot - Transitioning from SalesForce and Pardot
  • GoDaddy hosting security suite
  • Familiarity with uptime monitoring tools, backup solutions, broken link checkers, performance testing tools, and cache management tools
  • Google SEO and SSL auditing and optimization
  • Asana or similar project management tools
  • Google Ads/PPC and Google Analytics
  • Google Suite including Google Docs and Google Sheets

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating, implementing, and improving marketing technologies using best practices
  • Process design, implementation, and continuous improvement
  • Email campaign creation and management
  • Conduct competitor and industry research
  • Frequent involvement with LinkedIn marketing best practices
  • Report monthly on website and SEO performance
  • Website enhancements including design, optimization, performance, functionality, quarterly audits, and security
  • Marketing technology subject matter expertise 
  • Task and project management
  • Must adhere to PST work hours Mon-Fri 8-5

The anticipated salary range for this position is based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
